Edelstahl Gua Sha

I didn’t know how to use this when I got it. So I looked up a quick video online that walked me through a five minute Gua Sha exercise for every day use. And I love it. It’s so relaxing just running it on your face. I like to keep it in the fridge so it’s nice and cool every time I use it. I can’t wait to see what continued use does for my face.

The stainless steel gua sha I previously bought had a small defect and was slightly scratching my face when used. I contacted Kitsch and they immediatly sent me another one, free of charges. This one is flawless! I love how it has all the benefits of a stone gua sha without being fragile or porous. I look forward to incorporating face massages into my routine!

I’ve never used a Gua Sha before purchasing this, but it is such a nice addition to my care routine. I try to use it every night. I do believe I’ve noticed a difference in my facial appearance, but I had solid underlying bone structure to begin with, so I think the change is from the lymphatic drainage the tool provides more than anything else. Even if it doesn’t sculpt your face, I think this is a great purchase just because the massage it provides is very soothing.
